Private carriers usually operate transport services on routes between Cracow and the neighbouring towns. They usually provide transport services by buses that can take several dozen people or more. They usually use the same stops as buses of the Municipal Transport Company, but treat them rather like request stops (passengers should signal that they want to get on, or off the vehicle). As for private buses, passengers are required to pay a fare in cash, usually immediately after boarding the vehicle. Prices are set by a given carrier and they vary depending on the route.
